The airport shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived from our flight. The rental center was easy to navigate and the staff at the Alamo desk were quick to get us out. The staff in the garage were very helpful as was the person at the exit gate. The car was very clean. On return the persons greeting us were quick and friendly. We got to the shuttle where the driver was very helpful with luggage. Overall it was a very good experience. They may have been there but I did not see luggage carts in the garage which would be helpful.

I had an outstanding experience renting with Alamo, and a big part of that was thanks to Dante. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service that leaves such a lasting impression. In the past, I’ve almost always rented with Avis or Hertz because of my company’s corporate relationships. This time, however, I booked through Costco because Alamo offered the best value, and I’m so glad I did. Not only was it the most affordable option, but the level of service exceeded my expectations. Dante went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and the entire rental experience was efficient, welcoming, and hassle-free. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be giving Alamo much more consideration for future rentals—even when I have other options available. I had an excellent experience with my car rental in Houston. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived, making the pickup process quick and hassle-free. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The car was comfortable, reliable, and perfect for getting around Houston and the surrounding areas. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, with a smooth and efficient drop-off process. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the outstanding customer service from start to finish. I've rented from Alamo several times in the past and I will definitely be renting from this company again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Houston. Acquiring a rental car from Alamo at Houston airport was relatively easy and fast. The staff were very polite and helpful in ensuring that we got the vehicle that we needed for our 3-day stay in Houston. Returning the vehicle was perfect! Basically the attendant scan the vehicle code, quickly walked around the car and we were then directed to the airport shuttle. I definitely will choose Alamo for my future rental car needs. I highly recommend this company.

These guys were awesome. Do many cars were rented that theyran out of my standard car level. They gave me this! Talk about fun to drive! It was clean and the service was fast. Thank you Alamo!!
