I usually book cars via Priceline and prefer more reputable companies like Alamo or National, though it's not always the case to find something. I was lucky enough to find a premium SUV for a lower price than others were offering. The customer service was excellent; friendly and efficient at pickup and drop off. Again, I wish it were more frequent with Alamo.

I had an outstanding experience renting with Alamo, and a big part of that was thanks to Dante. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service that leaves such a lasting impression. In the past, I’ve almost always rented with Avis or Hertz because of my company’s corporate relationships. This time, however, I booked through Costco because Alamo offered the best value, and I’m so glad I did. Not only was it the most affordable option, but the level of service exceeded my expectations. Dante went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and the entire rental experience was efficient, welcoming, and hassle-free. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be giving Alamo much more consideration for future rentals—even when I have other options available. Thank you, Dante, for setting such a high standard for customer service!

This was the second time I rented a car through Alamo. I was issued with a brand new, clean, fuel-efficient car and I enjoyed my family vacation in Houston and San Antonio in a trouble free drive - courtesy of Alamo. The process was smooth from online booking, skipping the line via accelerated check-in, and a smooth return. The customer service was best-in-class. Both of my experiences in Georgia and Texas were pleasant- and Alamo is now my go to for car rental, any-time.

These guys were awesome. Do many cars were rented that theyran out of my standard car level. They gave me this! Talk about fun to drive! It was clean and the service was fast. Thank you Alamo!!

From picking the car keys to return it was a breeze. The rates were competitive, the car was in an excellent condition, the staff was great and supportive . I would also like to thank Costco through whom I booked my rental. In short amazing experience. A big thank you!
