I’ve been traveling frequently for work lately and prefer renting a car rather than putting extra miles on my own vehicle. The team at this location has been consistently welcoming, patient, and professional every time I visit. The rental process is always smooth, and the vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free rental experience.
Wanted to document so I dont have to repeat every time I talk to someone at avis. It has been at least 10 phone calls to try to get issue resolved. Got a car from Avis rented for 1 week. Day 2 realized tires were way out of balance so I couldnt drive over 60mph without it shaking and vibrating the whole car. 1. Called in on Saturday morning, was told that had nothing I could exchange to so my only options were to go to Firestone, where I could just put on Avis account Or come back Monday for a return. I questioned this very strongly and the lady assured me I take it in and Firestone will take care of balancing the tires. I went to firestone, waited an hour and then Avis denied the claim. 2. Called back to the location 3 times saturday but no calls were answered so I gave up. I figured my only option was to wait until Monday to exchange. 3. I called the location Monday to make sure they had a car to ecxchange and no answer so I called customer service to see what I could do before driving downtown. Customer service advised me that they could replace my car to just drive to the branch I got the car and they had one available. 4. I got to the branch and it was closed for the holidays. 5. Customer service again and they recomended I try another couple of branches which turned out also to be closed. 6. Called back again. they said Bush Airport location never closes and has my exchange ready. So I Drove another 30 min to the Airport waited in the long Airport return and took the walk into the airport where I was told they dont do exchange for UBER or have any of that inventory. 7. Called again Spoke with Lunawho recomended getting it towed and they sent me to roadside assistance since no branches could help me. Roadside assistance does not help with drivers for the Uber program and does not offer exchange. They could two my car but would charge me for it which is crazy. 8. Called back to customer service and was sent to a Specific Uber roadside assistance and they said I would still be charged until it was proven it was not my fault. Not acceptable on day 3. 9. Called back again and got Kadisha and she said she could do a one time waive of the towing to get the car back to the location and I could figure it out from there. She was very helpful. Ultimately was not able to use the car for what I wanted , felt like thier lack of maintenence became my problem and they were not willng to step in to help and just all wanted to push my problem to another team. I have lost at least two full days work and have no car or way to get anywhere and not sure what I am on the hook for cash wise. The car drives fine in the city but cant stand driving it on freeways anymore.
The women who work in that office have terrible attitudes. They treat customers like fools, especially that white woman. She speaks to people with incredible inconsideration and contempt, with a well-intentioned lack of respect. People like that shouldn't work in a place where you deal with customers; she'll ruin your business. It's very simple: quit and find something that suits you better. That woman always creates a lot of tension in the atmosphere; she's always frustrated, always in a bad mood. She makes you feel like she's doing you a favor by renting you a car there. The place might be better, but with that woman and her bad attitude, it's a nightmare. I don’t recommend that place
Denise has the best customer service I’ve experience in a long time. She is patient, professional, informed and has a great personality. Thank you Denise!!!!
Kept needing additional info and each time I was bumped to the back of the line. Had the car to Days Inn I'm sitting here at Firestone waiting for an oil change because she said and it been service which was Ally the car has old oil and it's almost out of oil. Also the car was so filthy that you gave me that I had to pay $40 to get it detailed just so that I could use it for Uber which is why I have the car.
