Don't waste your time booking a reservation for this location. Ive made 3 reservations here and 2 out of the 3 they didn't have a car for me causing so much stress after i already paid.

I would give negative stars if it was offered. I called today and they stated they would have a Jeep GC returned at 1 and I could pick up after 1:30. I was dropped off by a body shop and they stated all they had were 2 electric cars. I drive 150 miles a day and need the car for 4 days so this would not work for me. Now the Jeep was sitting next to the 2 cars, but she rudely stated that was not the vehicle. She stated that I told her I would pick it up at 2, which was not true, and she just assumed I was not coming, even though she had my number and could have called me!!! I had no car, no ride and 85 miles from home and they stated there was nothing they could do for me and I needed to find a ride. I then asked about another location and they stated I needed to call each of them myself. The 2 reps then proceeded to argue the whole time I stood there trying to figure out what to do. I then asked for a managers contact information and had to ask twice before they finally stopped arguing long enough to hand me someone’s business card. Of course I have called that number and got their voicemail with no call back in the last hour. Their screw up cost me $60 in Ubers back to work and then to downtown. Lesson learned and will be cancelling Corporate account as well. Hertz downtown Houston took care of me. Glad to see there’s still some great customer service out there 🙌🏼

Heart-field Jackson Airport ATL. I recently rented a car because my car was in the shop. The reservations were made once we got there they pulled up the reservations, the actual size that we reserved was not available but she made the proper adjustments and based on the reservation that we had and accommodated us with a different size car since our reservations had another size car so everything was very smoothly very professional. The process was very easy and quick. The vehicle was cleaned full of gas. Everything was ready for us when we got there we checked in we got the vehicle and everything was great. I definitely recommend them ..

Exceptional Customer Service at Avis Rental Car - Houston Texas Galleria Location I recently had a remarkable experience with Avis Rental Car service at the Houston Galleria location, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service I received. The manager, Allison, truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and her team reflects her dedication to meeting customers' needs. I rent with this location for work all the time. After renting a car from Avis recently, I unfortunately sustained an injury to my driving foot, rendering me unable to operate the vehicle. Living just around the corner from the Houston Galleria location, I contacted them to explain my situation. Without any hesitation, they immediately offered their assistance in returning the car, alleviating my worries during a challenging time. The team at Avis Houston Galleria exemplifies what exceptional customer service looks like. Their willingness to accommodate my unexpected circumstances left a lasting impression on me. I can only wish that every customer could experience the care and support that I received from the dedicated employees at this location. I consider myself fortunate to be a customer of Avis Rental Car at the Houston Galleria location, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate car rental assistance. After a fiasco at Enterprise car rental, I went in to Avis with no reservation and they immediately were able to give me car. So easy and helpful. Very professional and great customer service unlike enterprise on the S.W. Freeway.
