The first car I reserved wasn't available at the location I booked. They changed me to a different store but before going, I looked to see and they had terrible reviews about being scammed. Called a third location (North Loop) and the girl was so rude to me over the phone that I cancelled my reservation and called Enterprise.

We came in thinking we had a reservation here because we had screen shotted our reservation and it showed this address. We walked in trying to ask a couple of questions but Denice was extremely rude, instead of attempting to assist us in finding our reservation she refused to even look at the screen shot or type in our confirmation number. She was condescending and rude and wouldn’t even let us get a word in. This woman does not belong in customer service. If you are looking for good service and incredible people go to the Kasim group at 9330 westheimer.

Rented a car through the website confirming availability. Walked in and before I could get a word in “we don’t have any cars” … mind you the lot is full. With modern technology this shouldn’t be an issue. Never rent from this location.

Had a reservation and the site listed multiple vehicles. When I arrived, they said they wouldn't have any vehicles all day!
