The cars are very nice, affordable and the customer service is excellent. Albert has been a great help to me when I need to rent cars both for work and personal.

Albert was a tremendous help while my transmission got fixed. I needed an extension, and with no questions asked he processed everything for me. My process was seamless and painless.

Thank you Albert for always taking care of me and make sure I have a peace of mind with my rental. I appreciate the great customer service and keeping me on the road! If you’re looking for trustworthy rental company I highly recommend Elite Rent A Car. I’ve rented from numerous companies and this has been my best experience thus far! ❤️

The worst rental car service. The guy who spoke with me was so rude and doesn’t care about customers at all. The price they offer me for an old Nissan altima was 3 times expensive than other cars rentals offer. I did not rent from them. I left for good. One customer told me there they don’t refund the security deposit. The will find anything small scratch or sth not to refund it back. They have notoriously bad customer service. If you want to spoil your day, go there.

Albert was a very kind and understanding person, I didn’t think I would be able to rent a car being 18 years old but this place let me do so and the car was very clean and nice also very well maintained. I would be coming here whenever I come to Houston.
