The worst rental car service. The guy who spoke with me was so rude and doesn’t care about customers at all. The price they offer me for an old Nissan altima was 3 times expensive than other cars rentals offer. I did not rent from them. I left for good. One customer told me there they don’t refund the security deposit. The will find anything small scratch or sth not to refund it back. They have notoriously bad customer service. If you want to spoil your day, go there.

Albert was a very kind and understanding person, I didn’t think I would be able to rent a car being 18 years old but this place let me do so and the car was very clean and nice also very well maintained. I would be coming here whenever I come to Houston.

Rented a car with these guys, when i picked up nobody show ups, the car was completly dirty, smelling food, oil advise was turned, key was broken
