Walked in and needed a rental car for a few days. Juan Miguel immediately helped me out and let me know of the vehicles available and Pricing. He made it very easy and explained every paper I was signing and answered all my questions. Gave me a total price and no hidden fees. We really liked the rental car we got and would definitely come back again and rent with elite and Juan Miguel was amazing to work with. Needed a last minute rental car after a major car rental canceled to move a family member here. The price was great even with the deposit. They are super friendly with clean and reliable vehicles. They made a stressful situation better. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

Juan Miguel helped me rent a car. He was professional and friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me. A month later, he also helped my son. I renewed my lease for another month and he was gracious enough to honor the current price advertised on line making the necessary adjustments. I appreciated his integrity. Thank you, Juan!

Cheap rates great cars, pay attention to your final bill. Overall a good experience they have really cheap rates for a really good cars. Paid 30 dollars a day for a 2026 Toyota Camry with 2k miles on it. They made a mistake on my final bill and had a pointed out to them; however, they are fixing it. I would just say if you pay attention to your bill and your final bill look for any mistakes because that seems to be a lot of the past reviews. If they do make a mistake in my case, they are honoring it and fixing it. I’d say definitely rent from these guys the whole process was very quick and easy, I had to rent a few days past and the communication/ ease of that was great.
