​I had a wonderful and hassle-free experience renting with Enterprise for my recent trip from Dallas to Houston. The online booking process was incredibly smooth, and making the payment with a credit card was completely seamless. I got exactly what I ordered—a Chevrolet Trax SUV that was clean and in perfect condition. ​What made the experience even better was the staff; they were super friendly and genuinely helpful at both locations. Picking up the car in Dallas and returning it in Houston was an absolute breeze. I highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking for a smooth car rental and will definitely use them again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Every Time – Highly Recommended! I’ve rented from Enterprise in Houston multiple times, and the experience is always outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They really pay attention to details and make the entire process smooth and hassle-free. From the moment you walk in, everything is quick and easy—no long waits, no complications. The cars are clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Whether I needed a standard sedan or something larger, they always had great options and took care of everything without any issues. I rent from Enterprise because they have nice cars but not this time. Drivers seat held together with a cable tie! Every time you opened the door or started the vehicle this devise would beep until you turned it off. The I'm radio was stuck on static and could not be tuned. I asked to change it for 4 days but all their nice trucks needed an oil change. We'll change the oil then. They should be embarrassed to rent a truck in this condition. Will be renting from their competition from now on. DO BETTER!

After reading some reviews I was a little worried. However, I had no issues at all. Easy to get the jeep, check out and return was easy. I had been charged for gas even though I filled up before returning. A quick text and they refunded me. Would definitely rent a car through them again.

I've been a Hertz Presidential Circle member for almost ten years and have used Hertz almost exclusively. When I saw that the daily rental for the same vehicle was about $20 less with Enterprise I made a reservation. My experience with Enterprise employees was exceptional. Far better than what I had experience with Hertz in the past. I checked in online and bypassed the counter and went to the Enterprise parking area at IAH. I was greeted by Van. He was very courteous, professional and helpful. I showed him my reservation on the App, and he walked with me to an area in the parking lot and told me to pick between a dozen available vehicles. All the available vehicles were clean and in very good to great condition. I selected a Honda Civic and proceeded to the Enterprise booth where the employee verifies your rental and a method of payment prior to leaving the rental parking lot. I do not recall the young lady's name, but she was also very professional and courteous. Upon the return of my rental, I was greeted by another very helpful young man who was able to quickly get me on my way so that I could catch my returning flight home. I don't know if all Enterprise employees are this professional and helpful at other locations, but the Enterprise staff at IAH was A+! I will definitely rent again from Enterprise.
