Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice young man how was very attentive to our needs. He help.me pick a car that had great gas mileage and roomy enough for 4 people. I received the same service when I dropped the car off. The young lady was friendly and answered my questions. A great experience!
Great rental experience at the William P Hobby airport. No wait time. Kinion R, our enterprise rep, had some of the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time, answered any questions with ease, got us checked in quickly, and had us on the road in no time. I had a last minute reservation (11pm) and the entire process was smooth and flawless. Arrived at the counter around 11:30pm just before closing. My rep, Dillion, was super professional and friendly. Showed me to my car and I was on my way. The next day on 6/14 the shuttle driver who dropped me off at JSX was wonderful and such a friendly guy. I will be using this location for my rental needs any time I need one from Hobby.
