From the Enterprise shuttle driver Melcom , to the rental associate Roy Bunn and all the other Houston Hobby Airport Enterprise employees I had interaction with were courteous, professional and pleasant. I’m accustomed to good service from Enterprise, but this had to be the best to date. My rental was clean and appeared well maintained. The rate was excellent considering the level of vehicle I chose to rent. Returning the rental was smooth and seamless. The shuttle driver taking us back to the airport was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Well done Houston Hobby Enterprise!

Great rental experience at the William P Hobby airport. No wait time. Kinion R, our enterprise rep, had some of the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time, answered any questions with ease, got us checked in quickly, and had us on the road in no time. Melcom Stampley provided excellent customer service during my shuttle ride after I returned my rental at the Enterprise location at Houston Hobby Airport. He was friendly, professional, and made the ride pleasant and stress-free. His positive attitude and helpful demeanor really stood out. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the right vehicle for my needs. The car was spotless, reliable, and exactly what I expected, if not better. Pick-up was quick and seamless, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. It’s rare to get customer service that feels this personal and attentive.
