Really good experience! Gus, the check-in agent, was cordial and professional; a lot of folks could learn lessons from him. Doing the advanced check-in on their web site was a time-saver; I really recommend it for a quick pick-up the day of your rental. Azael G., this location's branch manager, was a really decent guy. He texted to check on my rental and asked how things were when I returned it. He’s been running this branch for a while and it shows. Kudos to Enterprise Washington!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I was able to interact with the amazing manager, and rental agent, and even the maintenance team, and they all displayed stellar customer service. They made the rental process, the modifications, and the safe ride home smoothie and very easy. WILL RENT AGAIN💕

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. I also needed to return the car after hours, and everything went smoothly with no problems at all. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire experience was easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the support and would definitely rent from this location again.

The vehicle I was given was a massive safety hazard. The back right wheel was missing 3 lug nuts and had I kept driving on it, the wheel would’ve eventually came off while traveling on the freeway and I would’ve crashed. I had to stop and get a hotel since the vehicle was inoperable, and I was unable to get a replacement vehicle from Enterprise the next day so I was left stranded. I contacted the branch I rented from to inform them and was told my contract would be cancelled. I never received any follow up communication or confirmation that I would be refunded despite asking for it. My trip was interrupted and I had to pay for a hotel and I was told I wouldn’t be refunded for it. This was a terrible and unsafe experience due to negligence and I will never rent from Enterprise again. I’ve been sharing my experience with others to let them know how scary and unsafe this situation was. I’m extremely grateful I did not get into a wreck due to something that was completely preventable on Enterprise’s end.

It's crazy how u have two incidents and qualify for a rental. The first situation I qualified for a sedan which I ended up driving off with a big f150 Ford truck then the second I qualified for a sedan, yet they didn't wanna give me a different car . I wasn't satisfied with visit this go round . Hopefully it's better next time
