Thank you so much for arranging the rental car for my trip. I was honestly surprised by the vehicle I received—it’s a great car! I wasn’t expecting something so new, comfortable, and enjoyable to drive. It definitely made the trip even better. My plans changed unexpectedly, so I had to return the car a day earlier than scheduled. Even with the change, the return process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. The only small point I’d like to mention is that the vehicle was provided with only about a quarter of a tank of fuel. When I returned it, it had more than half a tank. This wasn’t a major issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning as feedback. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Sunny for the excellent service. He was very professional, friendly, and made both the pickup and return process smooth and easy. It was a pleasure working with him. Please pass along my appreciation.

I cannot recommend enough SON NGUYEN, Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise. My family and I were in a stressful situation trying to find a large SUV so we could attend my doctoral graduation at Baylor University. Because it was close to the World Cup, almost every rental location was fully booked with tourists, and after visiting multiple places, I honestly started to lose hope. After a short conversation, Son immediately understood what my family needed. He recommended a Suburban because of the spacious interior, room for two baby car seats, comfortable seating for additional family members, and a large trunk for all of our luggage. It turned out to be the perfect choice for our trip. What truly stood out was Son’s professionalism and kindness. He took the time to walk me through the SUV’s features, carefully inspected the vehicle with me, and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. Knowing that we had less than an hour before heading out of town, he also sped up the checkout process to help us get on the road quickly. Most importantly, Son went above and beyond by finding me an excellent rental rate as a graduation gift. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to me and my family. I went from feeling completely hopeless with no vehicle available to driving one of the best SUVs I could have asked for during such an important moment in my life. Thank you, SON NGUYEN, for your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine kindness. You turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience for my family. Enterprise is lucky to have someone like you leading the team.

This place does not honor online check in. When you check in online, you can change the reservation time ± 4 hours. I did the same but they did not honor that and had us wait . Everyone had to sit on a bench said to be in the shade but half of the bench was the sun. Bad coatumer service. Total frustration. We had tickets for a world cup game and we were in a rush. After 15 minutes waiting, a manager named "Sam" helped us by trying to get us another vehicle other than what allegedly planned for our reservation. That was the only good geature. Enterprise being my first go to when Ineed a rental and comparing to past experiences, I expected better service.

Wonderful professional people we encounter here. A smooth sailing from the start to finished. We were missing the rental for our planned road trip. Fortune for us Enterprise came to the rescue. From the management to the manager, they really helped all the way. This experience for sure has made us future consumers. I've heard of unpleased experiences but we are thankful that was not the case with this location. The car was the last of two but I promised it was for a reason since the Jeep we used was more than perfect' , soo specious &' great gas milage .Was given directly by the manager in the property and stayed with us till we drove off answering all of our questions and doing it with gusto. Definitely coming back. For a first time user this experience should be share. Mr. Joe thank for making the return process so effortlessly..

My experience with Alaja Young-Keyes was exceptional.. This is the only Enterprise that placed me in a vehicle comparable to my own vehicle. All other branches (e.g. DFW area) did not. The vibe in the Houston area differs from those in the Dallas area.. they have very dry personalities. want to thank Mrs. Keyes as back in Dec 2024-Jan 2025 you assisted me (not sure if you remember me, however you gave me your card & I’m the one from Jersey) with my rental by providing great customer service.. Keep being congenial..
