Darion showed absolutely outstanding service. Very professional and patient with us as we were new to the car rental process. He made the process smooth and stress free! He went above and beyond to make sure we got a reliable and clean vehicle for a good rate. I truly appreciate his help and would recommend this location solely based off our experience with him.

I had a really good experience with this Enterprise location. Darren (Darion) took care of me when I picked up the car and made the process easy. I also asked if they had coffee that morning, and he was kind enough to help me out, which I appreciated. After I finished the rental, I called back and spoke with Christopher just to make sure everything was closed out correctly. He was professional, clear, and helped confirm everything was good. Overall, good experience and I appreciate both Darion and Christopher for their help.

Thank you to Trey and Derrick for the great customer service you provided us. The day we rented from this location, there was a long line of customers, but only two employees present handling everything. They were checking in customers and cleaning incoming vehicles so customers could have rental cars. This made the wait longer, but it also showed that they truly cared about making sure everyone received a vehicle. With only two employees doing all of this simultaneously, they did a great job taking care of customers and compensated us for the extra wait time. At the end of my scheduled rental, I needed an extra two days. They made the extension process easy when we called. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your customers. We appreciate you Trey and Derrick.

This was my first experience renting a vehicle, so after getting an overview online. I went to the location off Westpark and was helped tremendously by Derrick. He ended up saving me 60$ on the total price, when I am sure he could of easily been like "no no the online price is this +gibberish". I got a Toyota Corolla with 40 mpg for my trip across Texas, the Lane tracing was super useful in that vehicle. Returned the vehicle with probably 1,500 more Texas highway miles put on it dirty as i'll get out... and Damion or someone else whos name starts with a D did a quick examination and did not charge me extra even though I was a little past the deadline... I got lucky there and he saved me another 75 dollars. The team at this location knows how to take care of their customers, and because of this I see no reason to price shop between AVIS, and whatever else. Great experience, will use again for sure.... and soon the trip was awesome!

This location has almost all brand new cars. First time Enterprise has given me a clean car inside and out. The team is really helpful and the manager has excellent follow-up. I highly recommend this location.
