Had a great experience renting a car from FIFTH RENT-A-CAR . The process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and professional, and everything was handled efficiently from pickup to return. Excellent customer service, quality vehicles, and a hassle-free rental process. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.

The only good thing about this place is they accept many different forms of payment and are open 24 hours. After returning the vehicle I received my deposit back a few days later. A day after that I was charged 49.99. They informed me it was for the cleaning fee, and I informed them I had pitchers of the the car upon returning it. They constantly giving me the run around and trying to pass the buck off to corporate. The most expensive rental I ever used.

Will be filing this as a Consumer Complaint with the Office of the Attorney General's office. People are being taken advantage of because Fifth Rent A Car are the only ones opened late on Saturdays. The car we rented should have never been rented, let alone be in their inventory. Customer service with Molly was great! Process took to long, (2 hrs) because she was the only person working. We did address our concerns with Molly about the smell, the tint and the lights on the dashboard as we proceeded to get into the car. She said it had just been checked and everything was fine. It was getting dark and we did not inspect around the vehicle. Wrong things: 1. Odor in the car was very strong. 2. Warning lights lit up on the dashboard. 3. Tint was so dark, you couldn't see vehicles behind you. (During the day, glare showed the air condition vents. At night, just too dark) Range for me turning my head is somewhat limited because of two neck surgeries) 4. While driving on the freeway and applying the brakes, the car shook uncontrollably because it needed a front end alignment. 5. The front tire on the passenger side looked as if something had taken a big bite out of it. It was even marked by a white square, which means they knew about it. When I returned the car, I asked about getting half of what I paid back. He (whoever was working around 4:45 pm on 3/13/23) came out and looked after I showed him pictures I had taken. He said he was not the person that made that decision. Of course, it's no complaint part online.
