I'm a Presidential Club member that has rented from Hertz hundreds of times and this was by far the worst experience at this location. I arrived 25 mins before 8 to return my vehicle because they have no drop box and I have a flight to catch. The lady working opens the gate to get into the parking lot then rushes back in the office and locks the door. We ask to simply hand her the key and she yells back at us "8am!". We literally have to sit outside the door while she is at her computer because she doesn't want to get the key from us so we can leave. I ask if this is company policy, she refuses to answer. I ask for her name and a card, she refuses. I ask to speak to someone else, she ignores me. If she hates her job and company this much she shouldn't be working here. She makes the entire company look bad and I am not sure if I will rent from Hertz anymore. If you have options I would highly recommend NOT renting from Hertz and especially this location.

New updates= since hertz doing zero to help getting a car, have to cancel. And just got an email telling me they are charging me $100 for cenceling my prepaid reservation. Call customer service, the AI said cant do anything, chat on AI hertz app, AI said cant do anything. So pretty much hertz is just run by AI now. Please be aware if yall insist to use hertz service!!! Hi everyone, please do mot ever try hertz, book a car two weeks ago, have everything plan, and when trying to pick up the car as schedule, front desk just look at u and tell u they have no car. No customer phone servive to call nor try to help you. Again, to everyone, do not even try

This was a terrible experience and I hope no one ever comes here to deal with such terrible customer service. When I got first got there, the manager insulted me and my looks trying to be funny and familiar. After 10 mins of me retrieving my insurance info, i had to wait for an hour to find out they wouldn't honor my reservation because the clerk couldn't access their system. The clerk talked to me like I was the problem. I asked to have my reservation cancelled, and he wouldn't give a confirmation of my cancellation Avoid this location at all costs

the white middle aged lady that works there is rude and very slow. however the young african american girl is amazing under pressure and is very efficient. she has great customer service and an amazing attitude. she was the only one working and there was a long line, she opened up another register to multitask and help multiple people at once. she definitely has a good sense of urgency and i was amazed at how she was handling everything

This was the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. I’m usually apprehensive as I’ve been cheated and hassled before. The nice woman at the front is just the best. So friendly, kind and professional. She made the entire experience seamless and pleasant. I was treated fairly and given a great car at a great price. The car was new, clean and drove like a dream. I am so pleased and will be using this location whenever I need to road trip.
