The quality of service at Hertz has steadily declined. This is not a Hobby problem it is national. The expectations remain high and the ability to meet them for Presidential Circle and Gold Members is really low. No cars available for hours.

Well when we arrived an announcement was made in regards to delays because of late returns. So I was leery, there was only 1 CSR at the counter and there was a growing line of people who needed cars. I was 5th in line but when I was called we didn't have to wait at all, our car was parked in the President's Circle and off we went. We were only here for a few hours and it was easier to rent a car than to pay for Uber. Thank you for the service you provided 🌹

Wow really wished I read these reviews before I rented with them. I pre-paid for my reservation a month in advance. We arrived on-time and took the shuttle with another family to the rental car counter. This is when the lady told us both we have no cars. She was unapologetic, offered no solutions other than “come back at 7am tomorrow and talk to my manager.” We took a shuttle back to the airport where a group of people who just arrived were waiting. The driver told them there were no cars and that’s when chaos broke out. One unfortunate lady needed to drive 2 hours to her grandmothers funeral and was going to miss it. From the previous reviews Hertz claims they are working on this problem but they obviously haven’t. I was forced to take Ubers all weekend which Hertz will not reimburse. What’s the point of having a pre-paid reservation if you can’t honor it? Do better Hertz.

I walked in with no reservation, haven't been let down by dollar rental. I met a young lady who is all smiles, her name is Dominique, who kept me calm and lead me through the process like I had a reservation. If the world had hundreds of Dominique it will be a much better place to be. I am glad you have one as your employee, keep her and treat her better like she deserves. She is a kind soul. The first employee I encountered I was walking out to go next door went Dominique called me, and gave me the best service I never expected. Thanks Dominique, may God bless the works of your hand. Keep smiling you never know an angel might just walk by.

I wish I had read reviews. Absolutely shady location. We returned our car at lunch time to catch our flight. We were told to leave the keys in the car and we are good to go. They didn’t check in the the car then and then waited almost 9 hours to check in the car after we dropped it off. So the receipt lists it as having come back at the 10:30pm so we were charged for an additional day. I have now spent over 2 hours trying to work with online support (it’s an AI bot) and they keep directing me to the website (like the responses to negative reviews) but it’s a black hole of AI bots and no actual customer support. I’ve been on hold for a while for the customer support number. What a nightmare of a place. Also the shuttle service is terrible and you have to wait 30+ minutes for a shuttle while the other rental brands have had their buses picking up their people at least 4-5 times before your bus even comes.
