I’ve had an excellent experience here a couple of times I’ve visited. I do chalk some of that up to not having to go to the counters, though. I always rent from Sixt, and I always do everything online beforehand – including uploading the ID documents and so forth – so I don’t have to visit the actual counter inside. Just straight to the booth where the keys are, get the vehicle, and go. I’ve had very good experiences on the shuttle that brings you from the terminal to the rental car center. They run very frequently, and the drivers have been very cordial, helpful, and professional. So no complaints from me!
May 14, 2026, driver on Shuttle #124 broke the handle on my luggage. It was reported and photos were submitted prior to leaving the shuttle center. Was given the number to a department head named, Minnie Gonzales and told to call the following business day. Have contacted four times and left voicemail with no return call or any updates. Driver refused to take responsibility and attempted to state the luggage was damaged at the airport, which was false. Horrible experience and customer service.
This location is only convenient if you're arriving on the shuttle directly from the airport. If you're local and being dropped off to pick up a car, it is one the most confusing places ever. The signage needs to be much clearer. You have to walk a very long way just to reach the rental car center building. I sat and watched so many people try to figure out how to get in there. It made me feel better to know that it wasn't just me.
Very convenient for those who need to rent a car. It would be better if the instructions on where to catch the shuttle bus were clearer.
Dollar rental has only one agent performing extremely slow. There are more than a dozen customers waiting. It is unacceptable performance. Will not recommend to anyone. Enterprise and Hertz are moving a lot quicker with customer service.
