The best car rental experience ever! Being an Emerald club member, there was no waiting in line or checkout process! Just go there lot for the class of vehicle you've reserved and drive out! Had the brand new vehicle rented and even extended the rental online for a day for the same price! IMHO, this is exactly how a rental service should be operated.

Arely Alaniz with National and Marcus Williams with Alamo were the perfect team. I arrived at 10:30pm and was greeted with a warm welcome and a quick, efficient process. By the time Arely checked me out, Marcus had already pulled up the car! That's what I call a team! The customer service was very professional, and it has been one of the best I have received from a car rental company in MONTHS! Highly recommend this location and hats off to these employees.

Get yourself setup on the app or online and then everything's convient and easy to use. Great company great people and easy to use. We use them for work and its a fantastic setup. In and out so quickly, once your in the system fully. Just have your license with you after your setup. That's how basically how you rent the car in and out once you book it online or on the app.

James, our shuttle driver with National Car Rental at Houston Hobby Airport, was outstanding. From the moment we boarded the bus, he was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He kept everyone smiling with his sense of humor while remaining professional and attentive throughout the ride. After a long trip, it was especially appreciated that James jumped in to help lift and handle luggage. That small act of service was a real relief at the end of a tiring travel day and showed how much he cares about taking care of his passengers. Travel days can be stressful, but James made the experience easy and enjoyable. His positive attitude, courtesy, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on us.
