This was truly a VIP experience from start to finish! The fastest, easiest, and most hassle-free car rental experience I've ever had. No wasted time, no unnecessary steps —just a smooth, professional, and straightforward process. From the moment I picked up the car to the moment I dropped it off, everything was seamless and effortless. You can tell they genuinely value their customers' time and experience. Hands down, the best in the business! Other car rental companies could learn a lot from National. This is exactly how renting a car should be fast, professional, convenient, and stress-free. I highly recommend National to anyone looking for an exceptional car rental experience. Five stars all the way!

-5 stars needed ✨ Rented a car at Houston International Airport with only 7700 miles on it. Drove to my hotel, got out of the car and noticed a burn smell. It seems that the oil cap on top of the engine was missing. I called for National to send a tow truck immediately and replace the car. National refused to bring me a car. Refused to send an Uber so I could go get another car until the tow truck driver arrived. The tow truck driver was rude, disrespectful and took four hours to get there. Fortunately, I did not wait on National and got another rental car on my own. In addition, National tried to say that I was responsible for the car that broke down even after I stopped driving it. I clarified with them that it was not the case and gave them the reasons why. National ruined this trip because it was a short turnaround and I spent half of the time dealing with not only a broken vehicle but a tow truck driver from hell. 🤬 I was also charged full price with no discount for this horrible experience. The corporate office at National needs to look closer at its policies and procedures and make changes immediately IMO.

I switched to National after being dissatisfied with two other companies. I really appreciated them matching my executive status. If my experience with the first three rentals this month is there a standard, then I hit the jackpot! Great cars, great prices, and superb customer service. I think I found a home for my Rent-A-Car needs!

National Car Rental 👍 ​Thanks to Emerald Club status, I didn't have to wait in line at the counter and could pick up a car super fast! It was so convenient, and having a wide variety of cars to choose from made it really fun. The staff was incredibly friendly, and overall I’m super satisfied. ​I'll definitely be sticking with National from now on. Thank you!

Probably the first review for a rental I ever made. It was a great experience! Much less security deposit required to rent. Option to select your car from available lineup. Staff was very friendly. I will use this company again. One of the best experiences I have had.
