1st time using Sixt as a rental company -- and I'm impressed. - Very reasonable pricing for a sudden rental due to sudden travel plans and a short duration - ease of checking in was a breeze - upon landing at IAH and before we taxi'd to our gate - i was able to check in for the rental - upload my drivers license and select my car and pickup spot - no interaction with any human is a HUGE PLUS ! - upon inspection of the car - there were some obvious scuff marks and scratches - i went into the sixt reservation app and all the marks and scratches were pre-documented - i didnt have to do anything - upon checkout from pickup - i still double checked with the attendee stating theres scratches and dents on the car - and was told its already predocumented and if you took photos as well , theres no issue (which i always do) - the pick up area was well marked due to their color scheme of bright orange .. helps ! - the drop off was just as easy .. dropped off, all managed thru the app - would easily rent again from sixt and recommended to others. - BONUS - i got a free upgrade even though i was a first time user .. awesome! :)

Had a great experience with Sixth Airport Car rental in Houston during our World Cup trip. The staff was extremely helpful and made everything smooth from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from a BMW X1 to an X2, which made the trip even better. Houston gave us a warm welcome, and this service really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with SIXT at Houston IAH International Airport during my pick-up on March 19, 2026. Even though there were long lines and a busy crowd, the process was handled efficiently and professionally. A special shoutout to Mr. Smith, who truly stood out. He managed the high volume of customers with patience and professionalism, keeping things moving while still making sure each person was taken care of. He accommodated us smoothly throughout the process, which made a big difference. During my inspection, I did notice a small dent on the vehicle, but I’ll be sure to report it upon return. Based on my experience, I’m confident Mr. Smith will be a great help in resolving it. Customer service like this goes a long way, especially in a hectic airport environment. Thanks to Mr. Smith, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a positive one.

Incredible customer service from start to finish. Emanuel welcomed me as a Platinum member and streamlined the whole check-in process so I could get on the road quickly. The vehicle was fantastic and came at a great price. I will definitely be renting from this location again!

At first, the car we received had a few minor damages and low air pressure in the left rear tire. After pointing this out, the staff immediately reacted in a very professional way and offered us a free upgrade to a newer, very well-maintained vehicle. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. The employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Overall, a great customer service experience and a rental company I would definitely recommend
