⭐ 1 Star I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Skyline Rentals HTX based on my personal experience. I was approached with what was presented as a business opportunity involving the purchase of vehicles to be placed into a rental program. I was informed that the process would begin with credit repair services and that the company had established relationships with vehicle providers and other business partners. As part of this process, I paid $900 in cash and provided personal and billing information. I was told that contracts and supporting documentation would be provided within a few days. However, after making payment, I was unable to obtain the promised documentation or receive clear communication regarding the next steps. Since then, my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The phone numbers I was provided are no longer working, emails have gone unanswered, and I have been unable to reach anyone associated with the business despite repeated efforts. As a result, I have been left without the services, documentation, or communication that I was promised when I made payment. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to conduct thorough research, request all agreements in writing before making any payments, and carefully verify all information provided.
Awesome business the cars are new and clean. The owner is great and their customer service is top tier. I recommend any one in need to give them a try you wont be disappointed.
