I am currently at the Clearwater Car Wash Heights location and wanted to take a moment to recognize an attendant named John C for his exceptional kindness and customer service. John cleaned my tires for me twice. The first time, I did not have money to tip him. This visit, I told him not to worry about it, yet he chose to do it anyway. In a time when genuine customer service feels rare, his willingness to go above and beyond without expecting anything in return truly meant a lot to me. Everyone at this location has been friendly and kind, but John genuinely stands out. His actions were a blessing, and I felt compelled to share how much I appreciated his help and attitude. Please recognize John C for the care and pride he brings to his work. He represents this location very well.

Jr was a nice person he came and helped me out with my vehicle. He went far and beyond and made my vehicle look nice... I love coming to this location. The Staff are really nice too greating you with a smile and have conversations like you have known them.

As soon as I pulled up I was immediately helped to find the best option for me. JR was very patient and ultimately helped me find the best option. Not only that when I parked he helped me to clean my car and it was FILTHY from the beach. My car now looks and smells amazing thanks to JR. Everyone here is very nice and goes above and beyond. I will be back and definitely recommend you try this car wash!

i always come here & get a car wash bc i love the service! every time i come they’re always so helpful especially kobie & jr.! they have wiped my car down themselves which is so nice and also filled my wiper fluid and shined my tires! they really go above and beyond! this is my favorite car wash in houston and i really appreciate their help & service! and it’s only $10 which is a steal in the heights!

Had an amazing experience today thanks to Alex. He went above and beyond to help me clear our my truck. Had been up all night with my months old son and had to clean my truck before work. Completely forgot i had a few boxes. He went exceeded my expectations and made my day better. When places like this hire caring and considerate people like Alex, you keep customers coming back. True customer service in a time where it’s hard to find. Thank you Alex!
