Big shoutout to Julius! As soon as I came out of the car wash, he was already there with a towel, ready to dry my car. I was genuinely impressed by his initiative and outstanding customer service. He stepped in without being asked, and that kind of proactive care definitely deserves recognition.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. During a visit to this car wash, the side repeater camera on my Tesla Model 3 was damaged and the mounting clips were broken. I immediately reported the issue and submitted a claim. Instead of working toward a resolution, I was told the camera was already sticking out and that there may have been prior body work because of white residue under the camera. I explained that the residue was simply wax/polishing compound and even provided video evidence showing it could be wiped off easily. Since then, I have repeatedly attempted to contact both management and the claims department, requested that camera footage from my visit be preserved/reviewed, and tried to resolve this directly and professionally. I even offered a very reasonable solution: reimbursement for the $187.01 replacement camera while I handle the installation myself. At this point, the most frustrating part is not even the damage itself — it is the complete lack of communication. My emails and messages are now being ignored entirely, despite giving them ample time to respond. Due to the lack of response and refusal to properly address the situation, I have now submitted formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. I was an active paying member and expected much better customer service and accountability.

Amazing service , the employees at the entrance are knowledgeable on all the services and any concerns you might have on the finishes. And after you’re done washing they have helpers come wipe your car down so you don’t leave with water dripping. Kimberly P. Was kind enough to top off my wiper fluid and help out with the wiping ☺️ really satisfied with my service !

I’ve tried several automatic car washes in the area, but this one is hands down the best. From the moment I pulled up, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff (Especially Kelsey)was incredibly welcoming, smiling, and took the time to interact with me and pitch a membership offer before I even entered the tunnel. The automatic wash itself is top-tier. The brushes and dryers are clearly well-maintained, and it gave my car a spotless, streak-free shine with zero water spots left behind. Even the tires and rims came out completely clean, which usually doesn't happen at automated places. To top it off, their post-wash area is great, and the free vacuums have excellent suction power. It is extremely rare to find an automatic wash where the customer service matches the quality of the wash, but this team nails it. I will definitely be a regular customer here! Shoutout to Kelsey for giving the greatest Car Wash Customer Service ive ever seen!
