Super disappointed. My husband has been raving about this place & I’ve always been intimidated due to its busy location. We got the full detail. He decided to take my car for my birthday yesterday and this morning when I got in it it’s so stinky! So musty. The carpets were still wet when they called him to pick up the car and I think that’s the issue? Also the interior detail is not good, I’ll post photos. Dirt and gunk in the main cup holders, main console, water spots throughout. Not worth the effort to get to this place & now my husband feels bad for taking my car there because I’m complaining how smelly it is.

I got the “super clean” detail. My car smelled bad when I got it back and it was NOT a “thorough vacuum.” There are still visible crumbs and popcorn kernels, as well as a few very visible sticky spots that I was able to easily scrape off with my nail, so I’m wondering if it even got wiped down. They also missed the center console. Good prices and nice people, just didn’t get what I paid for.

These guys take their time and the vehicle comes out immaculate. Can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the good work y’all! David and his team truly run a very upstanding business. They genuinely care about their customers and do what they are able to to make the customer experience the best it can be. Update: after years with them, I keep coming back now with my new baby. (3rd pic). And yes they do lots of Tesla’s and know how to handle cars that have been ceramic coated.

D’Luxe has taken care of several of my cars, my friend’s cars, and family’s cars and they’ve always come out perfect. From car washes to paint correcting/ceramic coating, and PPF. They do great work, they’re honest, and they stand behind their work. All things that make it super easy to keep coming back!

Hands down!!!! Best hand detail wash ever! I take from my personal to my business and show car to them ! Very professional from the owner to the employees. I have yet to ever have had a bad experience. Here are a few photos of my show car with a full detail (executive package) and it definitely received lots of compliments on the car and definitely on the engine bay! Quality work and service
