This place is fantastic. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a smile and given a quick walkthrough of the available options. The team does an outstanding job and pays close attention to every detail. It’s exactly what you want when leaving your vehicle in someone else’s care. A special shoutout to Martin! He goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are heard and understood, and he follows through to ensure everything is done exactly as requested. Do not come here. They forgot to clean my trunk. My backseat, the center counsel, and here and there. The cleaner they used, left some dots on my car's display area as well :/ Some parts were literally untouched next to parts that were sparkling clean, and they left greasy residue in a few places that I don't know what that even was? Cleaner maybe but why used so much and not wipe it?? I was unsure how to respond to your response, but I will do so here, i asked if I should remove the things out of the trunk for you guys.And the guy said, it was okay to leave it there and they would do it( i was not offered or knew about having to request my trunk being cleaned.Nor was I informed, but I did ask
Mario & Kimberly & Eldi cleaned my F-150 and left it spotless. They did an excellent job with the car wash and hand-cleaned the interior thoroughly. The truck looked amazing when they were finished, and you could tell they paid attention to every detail. Everything was cleaned very well, inside and out, and I was very satisfied with the results.
Dr. Gleem has changed. Even though I received free car wash with 120.00 oil change, it doesn't even look like a wet rage was used to clean any parts inside. The ladies were barely wiping down the outside. I always try to tip for service but mad that I did after getting in vehicle. Management needs to do better. Oil change was quicker than it's ever been, I have to check it when I get home. This girl wasn't feeling like service was the same. Been using Dr. Gleem since way back trying to come back for your services, needs some improvement.
I had a great experience at Dr. Gleem Car Wash! Martin was such a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all of the packages available and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs. I ended up getting the 5-Star Package, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My car came out spotless and incredibly shiny it looks amazing! Martin provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending Martin and Dr. Gleem Car Wash to my friends and family.
