The store states that there is no public restroom, but I am not simply a member of the public, I am a paying client. I believe customers should be treated with respect and provided with reasonable assistance. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment at this particular service point. The staff were very aggressive and disrespectful in the way they spoke to me, and most of the vacuum cleaner areas were closed. I have not experienced this issue at other service points. I would appreciate it if management would look into this situation and address the way customers are being treated.

Amazing service! Super easy and simple. They always smile and wave at me when I come by! And store is always clean in and out and they work hard to ensure that. Shoutout Allannie for taking care of my first time being here. She deserves a raise for how much passion and hard work she puts in here. She talked me into a membership and didn’t push me into it. Really good quality and they take care of you unlike some other competitor car washes.

My car was damaged while going through the car wash, and they did NOTHING. They asked us to get a repair estimate, then claimed they conducted an “investigation.” It’s funny how that investigation somehow found no fault on their side, yet we’re left with damage to our car and have to pay for repairs ourselves for something this location caused. Shame on the company for such poor management and lack of accountability.

I’ve been coming to Mr. Wash on Washington every week for years and have an unlimited membership plan. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and Jose in particular has gone out of his way multiple times to provide outstanding customer service. He is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. It’s refreshing to visit a business where the employees take pride in their work and treat customers so well. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Mr. Wash on Washington to anyone looking for a great car wash experience.
