Amazing service! Super easy and simple. They always smile and wave at me when I come by! And store is always clean in and out and they work hard to ensure that. Shoutout Allannie for taking care of my first time being here. She deserves a raise for how much passion and hard work she puts in here. She talked me into a membership and didn’t push me into it. Really good quality and they take care of you unlike some other competitor car washes.

My car was damaged while going through the car wash, and they did NOTHING. They asked us to get a repair estimate, then claimed they conducted an “investigation.” It’s funny how that investigation somehow found no fault on their side, yet we’re left with damage to our car and have to pay for repairs ourselves for something this location caused. Shame on the company for such poor management and lack of accountability.

I just received word that restroom use is restricted to staff only. I don't understand—we are the customers who have been paying month after month for years, so how can we be denied access to the restroom? This new policy is a terrible move by the establishment; it’s making me cancel my service with them.

I’ve been coming to Mr. Wash on Washington every week for years and have an unlimited membership plan. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and Jose in particular has gone out of his way multiple times to provide outstanding customer service. He is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. It’s refreshing to visit a business where the employees take pride in their work and treat customers so well. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Mr. Wash on Washington to anyone looking for a great car wash experience.

I’m happy to have this location nearby, Allannie is a bright spot. I witnessed her professionalism directly. She greeted each driver with a warm, welcoming wave and smile and even went the extra mile answering my questions about everything. I’m thoroughly impressed with her. For her actions I rate this place 5 stars, oh my car looks pretty good too!
