So I just wrote a review for the Mister car wash in Humble. So i thought it fair that I also review the Kirby location since half the time I come here. I have had a membership for years and this location was the only one I came to when I first moved to Houston. I gave it a 3?stars because the service I receive when I pull I. Is great. They are always friendly and greet me with a smile. The seem to care about thier job at this location. So why the 3 stars. Well the great service and friendliness stops there. The employees that wipe the car down do not give the same customer service. I have to ask to have things touched up a lot and they act like I’m bothering them. My biggest complaint is the fact is that I have to ask for a rag to clean my own wheels. They never clean them properly. You would think that every time I ask for a rag they would at least help by cleaning the wheels themselves but that’s not the service I get here. The hand me the rag and go on to the next car. After I clean my wheels I have to ask to get the tire shine put on. They used to do it every time. But now I have to ask. I was told by one employee that it already gets the shine in the tunnel and that they don’t do shine anymore. I had to go ask someone else to do it. I have severe neck and back issues and should not have to clean my wheels every time I go there. Again because of the service and rsults I get every time I go there I’m looking for another car wash to take my business to. This service is not cheap but I get cheap service once I leave the drop off area.?

The staff here are simply amazing! I have a husky that sheds so much and they do a great job making sure there isn’t hair and leaving my car clean. Plus, they are always so loving and friendly to my pup, it’s been so kind to see them get excited to see him and they all love him. It’s special to have great service at a place with actual human connection. We love our Mister Car Wash!

Great experience! Christian and Rob did an awesome job on my car. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned really well. My car looks amazing, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this car wash!

Great car wash with excellent service! The staff is friendly, and my car always comes out looking clean and shiny. Christian, the manager, is awesome and makes sure customers are well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Everything was taken care of when i got there. Signed up and they immediately vacuumed and washed my car for me no questions asked. Definitely recommend! I signed ip for the platinum x $32.99 a month i think that’s a great bang for your buck. Everyone is so polite and helpful too!
