I checked this place out today to get ceramic and paint repair I went a day before to get a quote and asked how long it will take. I was quoted $758 for the job and was going to take 2hrs.Went the next day at 8:30 am and was told it would be a $100 more to make the car shinier I wasn’t told that a day before and ended up being $863.Fine I still did anyway, it took 6hrs if the owner sees this check your cameras ,and the scratches that I was told would come off didn’t even come off I was told that one scratch was to deep into the paint I understood that but the other ones would come of at least 90%.The top of the trunk looked like it wasnt worked on good .I was told they would do the chrome strips on the door as well by the guy before then it was someone else that did the job and said he didn’t do it the other guy didn’t show up . I don’t like to give bad reviews but come on the car is a 2024 it’s kept under a roof it shouldn’t take 6 ahours to fix or at least have a better communication whit each other. This wasn’t a small $80 wash job like if you can just go back and fix right away I wouldn’t be giving a bad review If it was a small problem . But if you payed $863 dollars for a job that wasn’t great and spent half a day waiting there you’ll understand my frustration.

Quite possibly the worst car wash I have ever gotten. I advised the young kid who talks to you to see what service you want that the markings on my dash, steering wheel, and center part no less than 5 times those were religious markings that do not need to be wiped off. Half way through the wash he comes in to tell me they accidentally wiped it off. He only tried to offer apologies, not understanding the gravity of what had happened. As a business owner myself I told him without a free wash or things like free washes offered to me there would be a problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor or the owner to which he stated he was the supervisor. We were inside the coffee shop talking and I kept telling him an apology was unacceptable and I didn’t care about an apology unless I was given something. He lied to me saying a refund couldn’t be given but any company that accepts debit/credit cards can in fact reverse the charge. In the last picture he is the guy with the yellow shirt on. Now finally to talk about the car wash I got. I paid $65 for an exterior and interior detail. The job that was done was not worth $20. Please do not waste your time. If you are looking for a great car wash and detail please visit Brio’s on the North side near Acres Homes, they will take less time and your car will be washed and detailed better than this place could ever dream of. I was promised a free exterior wash so we will see if they keep their promise if not I will go to help and more than likely the better business bureau on them.

I would have loved to leave a 5-star review, but unfortunately I can’t. UPDATE 7/29 72 hours later… there are bubbles in my tint, There are fibers between the glass and tint. So those won’t go away. There’s hair behind the tint. Also, I handed the owner $40 for a tip for his guy and he pocketed it. I’ve never been more disappointed with the service in my life I received a text at 5:30 AM on a Sunday telling me to meet at the shop in three hours. That text woke me up on my day off and was completely unprofessional. Better communication and a little consideration would have gone a long way. The experience only got worse. When I got my car back, it was dirty, with strips of old window tint still stuck to it. They also failed to reconnect my rearview mirror before returning the vehicle. I reached out to the owner to have these issues addressed, but I never received a call back. At that point, the lack of communication and follow-up was even more disappointing than the workmanship. This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I expect a business to stand behind its work and make things right when there’s a problem. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. There’s so many better options in Houston
