I had a great experience at SOAP from start to finish. Alba did an excellent job explaining the different wash options and made the entire process easy to understand. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. My car looked amazing after the wash. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m 1000% satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I always get just about every week the Soap classic, and tip 25%. That's about 1,000-1,200 bucks a year. It's unfortunate I'll never come here again. Every time I have to point out dirt or grime that is left on my steering wheel or seats, and that's fine I point it out and we get it right. What's UNACCEPTABLE.... is wiping down someone's car with rags that have abrasive materials in them leaving micro scratches all over your carbon components, and to make matters worse it wasn't JUST micro scratches this time. They left a fingernail indent in my carbon in the center console... There's no fixing that. BMW M2.... Thanks for making sure I'm out of $700 bucks to fix.

I had a really great experience at Soap Hand Car Wash. The staff was friendly, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. My car looked spotless inside and out, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. The service was quick but still very thorough, which I really appreciated. Everything from the exterior wash to the interior cleaning was done carefully, leaving my car looking almost brand new. I also liked how organized and comfortable the place felt while waiting. Overall, excellent service and definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place if you want your car to look its best!

I have a busy lifestyle and go on lots of road trips with my dogs, so my car was in rough shape—dog hair everywhere and coffee stains on the seats. This detailing service did an amazing job! They removed all the pet hair, got the stains out, and made the interior feel brand new. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a deep, professional clean.

I wanted to warn you about a terrible experience I just had at SOAP Car Wash. They scratched my headlight, and when I confronted them, owner/manager immediately screamed at me, accused me of lying, and told me to leave, even though it was obvious she knew they caused the damage. I have already called the police to file a report. Please do not risk your car by going there—it is a completely dishonest business
