I had been a loyal, repeat customer at this car wash since I bought my very first car — until now. After my most recent visit, I discovered several fresh scratches on the top of the center console storage compartment when I checked my car post-wash. I reported it to the staff immediately. Since it was the weekend, I was told the manager would handle it during the week, so I left the vehicle there and went home, expecting a fair resolution. Here's what happened next: on-site, the staff acknowledged responsibility and told me they would follow up with repair cost details. But when I actually spoke with the manager during the week, the story completely changed — I was flatly told their equipment "doesn't cause scratches" and that it "couldn't have happened" at their facility. In other words, an on-site admission of fault was reversed the moment it came time to actually take responsibility. The branch manager then pushed the issue off to the head office. I contacted them and have received absolutely no response, despite multiple follow-up attempts. Bottom line: this business damaged my vehicle, initially admitted fault, then backtracked and stonewalled once it was time to pay for it. If you value your car, do not skip a full photo/video walkaround before handing over your keys here — because if something goes wrong, don't expect accountability. I will not be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

I have washed my car here since they opened and every time it’s phenomenal! Speedy detailed service. I used to go to the Richmond location and it was great as well but this location is closer to me. Jesus and his staff are great! Always greet with a smile and even though i always ask for little extra tire shine they are quick to get in top of it and I always leave happy. Highly recommend this spot!!

Went there for the first time got the supreme for $92 and left very disappointed they finished my suv I’m about thirty minutes and spots were missed. I’ve gotten the cheaper one and they took the same amount of time so I know they were rushing. Will not be back.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now to get my 2022 Honda Civic Sport washed, and I can honestly say the service has been consistently amazing every single time. Tried this place for the first time since my usual car wash was closed. Staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean, which I appreciated. But I left disappointed. My right side mirror is broken, and while I forgot to mention it, it came in securely attached. My regular car wash always makes sure it’s secured before and after. This place returned the car with the mirror hanging loose and said nothing. I feel like if the car came in secured, it should be returned that way. Leaving it like that was not cool and showed a lack of care. The wash also felt rushed. Some spots weren’t cleaned nor rinsed thoroughly. As a first-time customer, I expected a little more communication or guidance. Prices are low, but overall, it didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be coming back.
