Strongly advise going somewhere else. I don’t write reviews often but the photos speak for themselves. Owner is a nice guy but this is unacceptable especially for an $80 wash. Aside from missing the mark in multiple areas around the exterior & clearly a quick spray & pray job what I am most upset & worried about are my speakers. As you can see from the photo they sprayed liquid, hopefully just water directly into the cones of my speakers… unreal Entire interior is grease coated & was clearly not buffed or wiped down just a quick spray of cheap interior clean & a wipe. Very disappointed as I have been here before for the cheaper wash & it was a great job, come back for a more expensive option & now my car is potentially damaged from this careless job.

Terrible business. My car is 3 months new Porsche so I’ve been driving and taking care of it with all my heart. I went to Sudz in Silber and loved their car wash services. Quick and super clean! Today Sudz in Silber closed due to holiday, so I decided to this Sudz location because I thought they were the same!!! My car went in and then left with smudges and deep scars. I reported to the man called him himself manager. He confronted us, and blamed that on us. We reviewed the camera, as he insisted. Crystal clear in the camera that my car was brand new and intact. He still took no action and gave us all attitudes. Luckily, my husband car didn’t get scratched but not cleaned either. If you have a brand new car, run away from this business!

Took a new Porsche to this car wash. They scratched the car in 2 places. They punched a hole in the paint beneath the door handle. They also scratched the front badly. We notified Frank, the manager. From the start, he was in denial, said there’s no way his people could have done it before ever looking at the video. Then we checked the video. The surveillance video made it clear that his employee caused the scratches to our car and they weren’t there before we got there. Even after Frank himself admitted that there weren’t any scratches before we got there, he continued to deny responsibility, but ran out of excuses. I have never seen anyone so intent on refusing accountability. This place is run by a crook and should be shut down. Your car is not safe here.

I had an excellent experience at Sudz on Washington! The team did an amazing job on my car — inside and out it looked spotless. You can really tell they take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail, especially on the wheels, tires, and interior. Customer service was friendly and professional, and they made the whole process smooth and easy. My car honestly looked brand new when they were finished. If you’re looking for a quality hand car wash in Houston, I highly recommend Sudz on Washington. I’ll definitely be back!
