One of the very few touchless car washes in Houston, this is the only reason why I keep their Wash n Run subscription. Including the Mercedes in front of me, and two other vehicles behind me, all vehicles that come here are higher-end, probably are also ceramic coated. The system is working good overall, the only problem is during one cycle, the two circled sprayers were blocked by the blue moving vertical bar when foam was being deployed. Almost no foam was successfully sprayed onto the car on the rear right side, I would have never known if there wasn’t a car in front of me; they need to adjust the angle of those spraying heads. I also noticed that the back of my car wasn’t a clean as the front.

We moved here from Calgary, Canada and are mainly accustomed to having high pressure touchless car washes there. We get tons of gravel and salt poured onto the roads during winter seasons so the touchless is pretty much the only way to go if you don’t want to destroy the paint on your car. I guess because of this, the touchless car washes are definitely much better equipped at getting rid of the accumulated dirt from melted snow. There are very few of these options in Houston. We initially subscribed to a neighborhood car wash ($20/month), which also provided free drying towels, vacuums, and left our car spotless each time, but the physical contact of the cleaning bristles left unsightly swirls on our black Bentley. Since having a costly paint correction, we decided be a bit more careful with our car washes and either do detail or go through the touchless wash as maintenance. The app is pretty simple to navigate. It also provides a list of all the Wash n’ Runs they have in the area. Once you reach a Wash n’ Run car wash station, it automatically prompts it on your phone if you want to activate the wash. You simply point the phone at the QR code on the machine and it activates the car wash station. Single wash prices range from $10-$20 depending on what you’re looking for. We use their subscription plan at $40/month with a daily limit of 1 wash/day, so it’s relatively reasonably priced, but for one time washes, eh…don’t expect much. The Wash n’ Run is pretty mediocre at cleaning as the water spout doesn’t reach the lower parts of the vehicle well, but it remains as a better alternative than getting paint swirls all over. This type of washing is good for emergency use. I wanted to wash my car at 10 pm. All the regular car washing was closed at this time so I used this one. It costed me $13. Not as good as Mr. Wash but okay for emergency. Mr. Wash is better than this one but that also cost around $20.

Worst car wash. I paid $8 and my car is dirty as before washing! Terrible experience. Wasted money. I want my money back!

I hope this review helps fellow car enthusiasts who care about their paint – it definitely would’ve been useful when I first moved here. If you’re in search of a touchless wash that isn’t a self-serve bay, IMO this is your top choice out of the few true touchless options in the city. To be clear, it’s not flawless whatsoever, but at least the dryer (which also isn’t perfect) is always functional if the wash is operating. I’ve tried nearly every touchless wash in the city and once again IMO this ranks as #1.
