Stopped by for a quick car wash & Kameron was extremely helpful! Nice vacuums, clean wash & great customer service! Also really cool that they have the microfiber towels there for you to use! I’ll be back again. :)

I received a coupon in my text to receive 2 car wash for $10. When I tried to purchase it, it said an error was made and to do it again. I did and it charged me again and it still didn’t give me a barcode. I went to Whitewater Airline location; the manager’s customer service was top tier excellent. Jean was so kind and courteous, and he rectified my issues with no hesitation. Will definitely have Whitewater Car Wash for my go to in getting my car cleaned.

I’ve been consistently impressed with this car wash chain. No matter which location I go to, the service is always excellent. The staff is friendly, funny, and genuinely helpful every time. They make the whole experience quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. My car always comes out looking great, and I really appreciate the consistency across all locations. Highly recommend! Excellent customer service! Peter was very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The car wash is fantastic they have everything you need. The place is clean, well-maintained, and very organized. I had a really good experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality self-service car wash.

I came in as a new customer looking for better service. Due to bad experiences in other car wash/ detail locations. These guys take customer service seriously. And for the price and level of service they give, worth every penny. Shout out to Jose for running down the whole system and being a great help always.
