I can’t say enough good things about Kenneth Brabham and KBM Builders. What started out as a bathroom rescue ended up turning into an incredible full remodel that completely changed our home. They worked on everything from the roof to the electrical and even our little garden area. Honestly, this house was on its last leg. It had gotten to a point where it felt overwhelming and hard to imagine it ever feeling like a real home again. Kenneth saw the potential in it and put so much work and care into bringing it back to life. But beyond the work itself, what meant the most to me was the way he treated my family. He went out of his way to treat my elderly mother with so much grace, patience, and kindness, and he was just as caring and understanding with me and my three kids throughout the whole process. Having people working in your home can be stressful, especially with kids around, but he made us feel comfortable and cared about. You don’t come across people like that very often anymore, someone who truly cares not only about the work they’re doing, but also about the people they’re doing it for. For the first in the 10 years I’ve lived here, it finally feels like a home.

KBM and Kenneth really got me out of a jam on two major projects, AC unit and skylights replacement. Both projects were completed as scoped and completed on-time. Kenneth was great to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I highly recommend KBM for your home improvement projects!

Very satisfied his company does lot of different repair he is now my contractor KBM came to my house on Tuesday had to measure for skylight special size 48×52 he had to have it special made on Friday he called me and said he would come out about 1:30pm and install it he did this in 2 hours I was very impressed because he had to remove singles and put water proofing filt and sheet metal shill to protect water from coming into the house replace some singles also caulking and spray paint the base of the skylight the same color of the roof thank you KBM job well done.

Kenneth understood our vision for the upgrade of our staircase. He was professional and in regular communication with us. He took personal charge to acquire the materials that were needed and in the end we were happy with the look of our “new” staircase.
