We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Behind the Bash for our wedding in March. From our very first tasting, we knew we were in excellent hands. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and every bit as impressive on our wedding day as it was during the tasting. We opted for buffet stations, and they exceeded all expectations—our guests are still telling us how incredible everything was! What really stood out was how much more than a catering company Behind the Bash truly is. In addition to the food, they provided linens, tablescapes, and even some décor, which tied everything together seamlessly and elevated the overall look of our reception. Their attention to detail and eye for presentation were remarkable. Ashley was such a delight to work with—organized, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help curate the perfect menu and overall experience. She made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable, which we appreciated so much. Behind the Bash came highly recommended by our wedding planner, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose them. As a wedding planner with Whimsical Creative, I am time and time again recommending Behind the Bash to our clients. Ashley is incredibly easy to communicate with and consistently returns proposals in record time. They are highly accommodating to all of our requests, whether for large or smaller budget weddings, and treat each of our clients wonderfully, taking such great care of them throughout the tasting process and in the lead-up to the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about their food and service on the day. It is always immaculate and of the highest quality. I highly recommend them for any event.

Behind the Bash was incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the beginning, Ashley worked with me and my family and made the entire planning process so easy and fun. The Behind the Bash tasting event was such a core memory for us during wedding planning, and we selected our perfect wedding menu. The food at the wedding was so incredible. The appetizers, the salads, the dinner itself....oh my gosh. We got so many compliments on how amazing everything was. Additionally, the staff was amazing. We had people pouring water, serving bread, folding napkins, bussing tables, etc. the entire night. Behind the Bash elevated our entire event and we are just so grateful. If you are a bride and value great food and great guest experience, book Behind the Bash!!

Where do I even start?! We heard about Behind the Bash through our planner, Robert Shipman. He put me in touch with Ashley Ducote and I was so thankful that he did. We had an extensive call where she spent her precious time walking me through how Behind the Bash does tastings, catering large events, and what makes their food different from other caterers out there. It was super helpful and honestly brought me so much reassurance. We scheduled a tasting and it was me, Nick (my fiancé), my friend, and my dad in attendance. All four of us were literally blown away. Nick and I had already done two tastings (so we thought we knew what to expect), but this one was completely different! From the moment we walked in to their building, we were not only warmly greeted, but the place smelled AMAZING! We sat down and began the tasting process... It was a really fun experience, the servers were literally phenomenal, and the food.... Mouthwatering. It tasted so fresh, so good, so flavorful, and yeah, we ended up booking them for our wedding day! Not only did we get TONS of compliments about the hors d'oeuvres passed during cocktail hour....but guests LOVED dinner (which was huge for us)!!! Some guests told me they went up for seconds (which was what we wanted), and others.... Well, there was nothing left on the plate by the time we stopped at their table to say hi lol. The food was a hit, and honestly the second largest portion of our budget, so we wanted it to taste good, but they did one better than that, it was GREAT! Overall, I am so happy we went with Behind the Bash for our wedding day! The entire team was so pleasant to work with. Ashley was responsive, kind, accommodating (literally had the kitchen pack up sauces for Nick and I to try prior to making a final decision), and just took the time to answer my many questions - before and after we booked. They also found a way to get us a third appetizer to offer during the cocktail hour, which we were so appreciative of! They took all of our requests into consideration and were literally able to make our wedding-day-dinner-vision come true. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I cannot recommend Behind the Bash enough! First and foremost, the food was the star of the show! We had a multicultural station set up - taco station, indo-pak station, and pasta station. As we inched closer to our wedding date, I was bursting with excitement knowing that our guests were going to have a beautiful, culinary experience. And of course, all went well and guests loved the food. I also am so thankful for their patience and knowledge during the planning process. Thank you to Jennifer, Ashley, Greg, and the rest of the BTB team!!
