Culinaire has been my go-to catering company for every event I’ve hosted for more years than I can remember. Barbara and her team create a remarkable experiences, complimented by service and cuisine that rivals any top restaurant in town. More importantly, Culinaire runs events so seamlessly, I am able to focus 100% of my time on my guests and having a wonderful time. I can’t recommend Culinaire highly enough. They simply are, the best of the best in Houston!
So far, I have worked with Culinaire twice and I can say that their manager "Barbara" and all their staff is very organized, on time, classy, and friendly. The food is delicious! If I would to pick a favorite, it would be the Chocolate Icebox Cakes! I strongly recommend them for your high profile events!

I have hired Barbara McKnight and her team at CULINAIRE to cater several events, the largest was 250+ people at Houston Museum of Natural Sciences. Each time the food and importantly the service were fantastic. Barbara and CULINAIRE are creative and easy to work with. I highly recommend Barbara and the CULINAIRE team! Culinaire catered for our wedding 10/16/21. From the very first interaction on, they were responsive and helpful. They customized the menu to exactly as we wanted and accommodated our requests for passed hors d'oeuvres, a grazing table, a plated dinner for 40, an ice cream sundae bar, and late night breakfast tacos. The on-site service and attention to detail was impeccable. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive, also seemingly thoughtful enough to stay out of photographs and the spotlight during important event moments. Guests raved about how delicious everything tasted! Culinaire truly outdid themselves! Hands down, one of the best vendors we selected for our wedding.
