Jackson & Company did not disappoint. We got married at The Astorian and used them for both our cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres and dinner, and the food was absolutely delicious. We received endless compliments throughout the night—not only on the flavor, but also on the presentation. Every plate came back clean. Jackson & Company was also a pleasure to work with. They made the entire process extremely easy by providing a menu catalog with a wide range of options to choose from. On top of that, they offered a tasting prior to the wedding, which allowed us to fine-tune our selections and make any changes or additions. Overall, the entire experience—from planning to execution—was seamless and wonderful.

We used Jackson & Company for our wedding in April 2026, and they exceeded every expectation! From our initial private food tasting to the final reception courses, the event execution was absolutely flawless. Our guests were completely blown away by the exceptional menu. The food was incredible, and everyone kept talking about how amazing it was long after the night ended saying it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. The waitstaff operated with total precision, providing a smooth, high-end dinner service that felt incredibly professional and attentive. A massive thank you to Mallory, who was an absolute dream to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, she was remarkably organized, efficient, and deeply attentive to every single detail, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. Jackson & Co. absolutely exceeded every expectation for our wedding! The food was phenomenal, and the sushi was an absolute hit. We had countless guests come up to us throughout the night raving about how fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented everything was. It’s not often that wedding food becomes one of the biggest talking points of the evening, but Jackson & Co. made it happen. We highly recommend their services and would love to use them again in the future!!

Jackson & Company genuinely knocked it out of the park with their food and service for our wedding at Le Tesserae! Mallory at Jackson & Co and her team were patient, responsive, and proactive from the second we connected. Any concerns I had were put to ease early on and any last minute requests were handled with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. We have received endless compliments from our guests since that night on how the food and service were the best they've ever had. Jackson & Co also worked with our late night bite vendor without any hiccups. 10/10 truly outstanding throughout the entire process!!

Had a really amazing experience with Jackson & Company. They catered our wedding at The Astorian. We were able to have some customized foods including serving an Asian-style steamed fish over Mofongo, which tied our two cultures together. It felt really great to be able to have that kind of personal touch that added meaning to the food we served. Jackson & Company provided tastings for both food that was really helpful and allowed us to get a good preview of what would be served at our event. Everyone at Jackson & Company was really helpful and took the time to help us through our decision making. It allowed us to feel really confident that the event would be well done and high quality. Can't recommend them highly enough.
