We used Melange for my daughter's quinceñera last weekend and it was pure perfection! The buffet set up was beautiful, their staff was absolutely delightful and kept everything clean, full, and moving. Greg and Audrey were so easy to work with and put together exactly what I wanted for our event. I could not have asked for better service! I highly recommend Melange for any events you are hosting!!!

I hired them for a luncheon at the school where I was the event planner and they did a great job. The attendees were guests who purchased tickets for a speaker series. It was a plated sit down for about 250 people. Melange arrived on time, they provided what they promised, the food was delicious, and the staff was fantastic! I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat! Plus, they were very easy to work with.

Melange catered our wedding, and they were fantastic. The staff was organized, timely, and professional throughout the cocktail hour and reception. The food was delicious - our vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous, and carnivorous guests equally loved the buffet options and could not stop raving that “this is the best wedding food we’ve ever had!”

Melange Catering did a fantastic job catering my friend's wedding! Claire was so great to work with, helped change the proposal multiple times as their ideas changed, and walked them through the tasting. The service the day of was incredible! So accommodating and friendly! I would highly recommend for any event you need catered!

Melange Catering & Special Events provided so much more than just delicious food and plenty of alcohol for our wedding. Besides the usual catering equipment, they provided ceremony chairs, ceremony staging, tables, reception chairs, and linens. Blake worked incredibly well with us and our wedding planner to ensure all these moving pieces fell into place on our wedding day. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rib-eye carvery station at the reception was not executed the way we agreed upon. The rib-eye was supposed to be carved and served to each guest as they went through the buffet line. Instead, it was pre-carved and served inside a roll (like a slider). We discussed this issue with the owner afterwards and he sincerely apologized and reimbursed us for the mistake. However, this was such a minor inconvenience that only a handful of people realized and did not impact our guests’ experience. From passed appetizers to dinner to a late night snack (the most yummy and gourmet pigs-in-a-blanket ever), the food was amazing!
