Heights Catering is amazing!! They worked with my husband and I to plan a menu that reflected us, but was elegant and tasty. Every single step of the planning process was easy and seamless. Once we found Heights Catering, there was never a point where we were stressed regarding our wedding food or beverage. They quickly answered any emails, served seamlessly on the day of, and our guest could not stop talking about the delicious food.

My wife and I chose The Heights Catering for our 200 person wedding on 6/27/2026 and we could not have been happier. The communication throughout the process was very good, and every question was answered promptly. The hors d'oeuvres were amazing and the dinner was perfect. Our guests raved about the food to us during the wedding and the next day. I would highly recommend The Height Catering to anyone looking for a catering company to help with a big day. I will definitely be using them again.

We had an amazing experience working with The Heights Catering for our wedding. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. Azul was great to work with and helped make the planning process feel easy and organized, which we really appreciated. The staff on the day of the wedding was incredible—so kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable to our guests. And the food was outstanding. We received so many compliments from family and friends, and the chicken was honestly a highlight—it was SO good. The to-go boxes at the end of the night were also such a thoughtful touch and didn’t go unnoticed. We’re really grateful to the entire team for helping make our day so special.

We chose The Heights Catering for our backyard wedding reception and they did not disappoint. We had roughly about 70 guests and as many of us know the food at a wedding reception really makes or breaks the guest experience and take-away. My partner and I are still receiving feedback a week later on how good the food was and how good the service of the catering team provided. We ended up doing the “ In the backyard” menu and it did not disappoint. They arrived a few hours before the event started and got straight to work. They even jumped in and helped lay out the linens for the event, which we were not expecting. They brought everything with them water, goblets, silverware, and the plate ware and even had a very cute display for desserts. We had our event on Labor Day weekend and it just so happened to pour that weekend and right before we started serving dinner. As most people at the wedding reception ran for cover underneath the tent and patio the Heights catering team sprung into action started collecting place settings, pictures, and the sweetheart, table, and cannot think them enough. Once the rain passed, they even helped us break down the tables, reset them, dried them off so that our guests were comfortable still. Brian and his team were an absolute breeze to work with from the moment of the taste testing all the way through the event. I would definitely recommend Brian and his team for any of your catering needs.

We recently had The Heights Catering cater our resident event for about 300 guests and I could not recommend them enough!! Their communication was processional from start to finish, always promptly responding and making us feel NO stress leading up to the event because they were so easy to work with. Brian came out to the property a few weeks before the event date to check out the space and make a plan, and on the day of, his team arrived right on time for the set up and executed the set up swiftly and professionally. I have never seen a company so organized. Genuinely, if you are looking for a stress-free process and event, The Heights Catering is for you! All this and I haven’t even mentioned the food- our residents couldn’t stop complimenting every single mouthwatering thing on the menu. They were also very generous with their portions, and every guest left full and satisfied. The lamb chops, wagyu beef sliders, grilled chicken, gulf shrimp, truffle Mac, Mexican street corn, and all the sauces received equal praise from the residents. I tested everything on the menu and was amazed at the flavors and tenderness! Usually with an event like this, there’s always one thing on the menu that doesn’t live up to the rest, but Brian and his team clearly take care to make sure each and every menu item meets their high standards. Brian and his whole team were so friendly and professional throughout the event, moving through the line of residents swiftly and efficiently so nobody felt as though they had to wait too long, and overall, they truly elevated our event. We are very much looking forward to working with them in the future, and if you choose to hire them for your event, be assured you will not regret it!!
