Five Oaks Catering was AMAZING! Emily and Steve were super helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of the many detailed questions and requests I had. Even for the tasting Chef John made us feel reassured that we were choosing the right caterer just based on the absolute amazing service and delicious food. For our big day we also added on a grazing table, bussing services, and cake cutting! My guests absolutely loved the food…. sometimes food can be tricky at weddings when everyone’s preferences are so diverse… with me knowing this I decided to go with their Pasta Your Way station! We also had chicken Parmigiana as a buffet option and they were both such a hit!!!! It added an extra hint of entertainment as guests could see the chefs cook and light their pans on fire right in front of them! It was so elegant and their setup looked incredible!
Five Oaks were amazing and SO personable! From the tasting we did to the actual wedding they were great and super helpful. Everyone loved our chip bar at the cocktail hour and enjoyed the fajitas buffet! People are still talking about how great the tortillas were. We are very happy with how it turned out and we definitely recommend five oaks catering. They communicate very well and we had plenty of food- even extra!
The Springs Catering team exceeded our expectations and were a joy to work with. Emily was accommodating and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We highly recommend their catering service. They were attentive and provided thoughtful service throughout our event. At the end of our wedding, they delighted us with two well portioned servings of the catered food to take home and enjoy later, along with the slice of cake that my husband requested. This team was just a treat to work with.
We used Five Oaks Catering for our wedding and it was nothing but phenomenal! The entire team was super sweet, and ALL the food was delicious! They provided cocktail hour, reception dinner, cake cutting service, and all the plates and utensils. We had a last minute cancellation with our original venue and had to find a new venue within a week of the wedding. Five Oaks was so accommodating with us as we searched for a new venue. Then they proactively contacted the venue to ensure their kitchen had everything that was needed by their team. Emily is also super responsive and sweet, no question is to big, and gets back to you within the hour! We could not be happier to have used Five Oaks for our wedding, thank you so much for keeping our guests happy and all of us with full bellies 😊
Five Oaks catering did such a wonderful job at our wedding. As we were choosing a caterer, we loved the kindness and communication of Steve, John and Emily. John even tried some new recipes for us! :) The wedding reception went smoothly and we are so grateful! I felt the cake cutting fee was pricey, but we went ahead and spent the $200 so no family members or guests had to deal with it. Thank you all for your hard work! Appreciate it :)
