Good prices & good wings, staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice clean and chill. Customer service is great we were treated with some tacos to try that we enjoyed :)

Tried this place for the first time recently and have already been back twice — that should say a lot. I ordered the beef Philly cheesesteak combo with wings, fries, and a drink. The sandwich itself is about 8”, and I added extra meat and extra cheese which I highly recommend because it makes it perfectly loaded. The steak is chopped, well-seasoned, super moist, and full of flavor, and the cheese is real melted cheese (not just laid on top). Everything is made fresh to order — my first visit took about 15–20 minutes and the second was closer to 10 minutes for takeout. The wings (garlic parmesan) were a little on the small side but still really good and flavorful. The fries were the star — crispy, seasoned perfectly, and the large upgrade is 100% worth the extra $2. Best fries I’ve had in a long time and the portion was huge. For about $25 per person for the combo, it was filling and definitely worth the price in my opinion. I’ve also tried the house fried rice with extra meat (about $2 more) and that was another winner — big portion for around $12 and packed with flavor. The restaurant itself is very clean with plenty of seating if you choose to dine in, and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Drinks are canned with lots of options, and a cool bonus is that they don’t accept tips. Overall: fresh food, great portions, fair pricing, and consistently delicious. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Chicken Factory did its thing, no question. I tried a little bit of everything — the Philly cheesesteak, house fried rice, honey garlic wings, hot wings, lemon pepper wet, and sweet mustard wings. Everything was hitting. The flavors were on point across the board, and you can tell they don’t play about seasoning. The hot wings had the right kick, the lemon pepper wet was saucy and flavorful, and the sweet mustard wings were different in a good way 🔥 Only small thing — the honey garlic was a little heavy on the honey for me, just a bit sweeter than I expected. Still solid though. Overall, food was fresh, flavorful, and worth it. Definitely coming back to try more.

Food was tasty and amazing! My kids so love it mostly especially their korean chicken and Phillys sandwich. It’s the best! Service was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was clean and very spacious.

Naked wings are juicy and flavorful. Fries came out crispy with a fluffy interior. Philly steak and shrimp fried rice were on point. Service friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. Definitely coming back.
