Dave’s makes really good fried chicken. It’s tender and juicy inside, crispy and flavorful outside. Medium is almost not hot, but it doesn’t downgrade the top spicy levels. Personally I enjoy the Medium hot level.
The fries is hard and cold, chicken is ok, hot mozz too salty for me, mac and cheese is good! Ordered Strawberries and cream slushers but Ice cream machine broke down after filling up 1cup, so the other one didnt have the cream, but still charged full price. $75 for all this including tip. Ja’lyn was amazing though!
All reviews are honest and opinions are my own.** So happy to have come here. I was here visiting from Alaska for a short trip and glad I was recommended this place by my son! I ordered the slider meal with cheese and it was delicious. The food was piping hot, the chicken sandwich was incredible. Alexis and the staff at this Dave’s were incredibly nice and welcoming. A few recommendations if you’ve never had Dave’s (I never have)- definitely put the honey on your sandwich and use the Dave’s sauce! Wow. Everything was delicious!! Also, get lots of napkins lol. 10/10 go Dave’s hot chicken!
FOOD WAS MID! save your money and go to canes which is wayyyy better trust first I was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait tables were dirty and sticky which is to be expected but WORSE of all the food just isn't good especially not compared to canes and for the price unless you like super hot stuff with no flavor you're not going to like this place trust me! But overall I have no complaints for any of the staff I give them glowing compliments still I want a refund 😭
Really good chicken sandwiches - just too hot literally. The problem with this location is that its in a shady area near downtown but just be alert and hope there are a lot of customers. A homeless person was sleeping near the takeout area although didn’t bother anyone or us.
