Nice chicken fingers restaurant; we had the 4 fingers meal with two spicy and two regular; tender chicken but not crispy enough; fries were decent, but the Layne’s sauce was really good Friendly staff and for a fast food place, someone came out and made sure we were taken care of if!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Layne’s Chicken Fingers on Shepherd today! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for, but what really stood out was the customer service. Manager Josue Lopez went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He had an excellent attitude, was genuinely friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome. It’s not every day you come across someone with such a positive demeanor who clearly cares about the customers and the restaurant. Great food, outstanding service, and a team that makes you want to come back. Josue is doing an excellent job, and it definitely shows. Highly recommend this location!

The portions here are good and solid food options. The wrap was fresh and enjoyable and the sauce so much better than Chick Fil A. Drink options were limited but suitable. Fast service and a nice local alternative to bigger chain fast food restaurants

Food was so delicious! The workers were also so nice and kind, even gave us a complimentary milkshake for it being our first time ordering there! 100% will be returning 🙂

Have you ever been in a restaurant, and it felt like it was a kitchen in your room? Sincerely, that’s exactly how I felt. It was sooo calming.. allowing me to have a place to be calm & stern while eating tenders that keep me tender. I crack myself up!!!! Most importantly, I just want to say I’m definitely in my Laynes vibe.
