This place is awesome. My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch and I ordered the cluck it up fries, highly recommend. I did 1/2 and 1/2 sauces with the main bird sauce and ranch. The pickles really bring it together. My husband got the dirty Mac with buffalo and it was also really good. For dessert we got an Oreo milkshake and it’s one of the best milkshakes I’ve had

Let me tell yall about Main Bird. They did NOT miss. I had the Dirty Mac and went half & half with the Bird sauce and cheese sauce… and whew fire. The flavor was crazy good. Creamy, savory, perfectly seasoned, and the hot chicken had just the right kick. The service was just as solid friendly, welcoming, and fast. I wish I could remember the cashiers name but she was definitely a big help on helping pick something off the menu. On top of that, they gave me a free drink just for liking and reposting a pic I took of the establishment on my Instagram story, which is always a nice touch and shows love to their customers. The ambience was chill and inviting great vibe whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy your food. Overall, great food, great service, great energy. If you’re a fan of hot chicken or just love food in general, Main Bird is absolutely worth the stop and try. I’ll definitely be back.

It was our 1st time here & unfortunately, this was not a great experience. When we walked in, the employee at the front counter didn’t greet us or offer any help with the kiosk. She was present but didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. We ordered a shake with our meal and also asked for a water cup to help wash down the food. They told us they don’t provide water cups, which I understand is their policy, but it’s something most restaurants offer nowadays. The food was ready in about two minutes, which made me question how fresh it was. The chicken and fries seemed overcooked and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite a while. The bread also had a microwaved texture rather than tasting fresh. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake was disappointing as well. It was very watery, mostly whipped cream, and the cereal pieces tasted stale—almost like the crumbs left at the bottom of a cereal box. Overall, the food quality and customer service did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t be in a rush to return.

Thank you to James and Mimi for excellent service! My first time dining here and this is definitely my new #1 go to place in Houston. Top Tier customer service from these two! They were both Happy, Patient, Knowledgable of the menu, Constantly Smiling and Respresenr the company well. The food was 10/10 and MiMi specifically went out of her way to walk over and allow me to taste a small sample the strawberry drink before I purchased it because I told her I didnt like strawberries. Turns out, I loved the drink! James quicky walked over and cleaned a minor spill we had at our table and was still back to the desk in time to take orders while they were busy! You can teach this level of service! Way to GO MAIN BIRD!

Came into the Montrose location and Alyson was great! The food was fast and hot! Medium was perfect for my taste buds and hot hit the spot for my kiddo. Don't expect the sliders to be on biscuit rolls either...full blown sandwich sandwich. Great size on thise tenders and the waffle fries are worth the upcharge. Definitely worth the stop!
