This was our first time visiting, and we had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, especially the young gentleman at the counter who took our order. He was patient, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions. The food was delicious. We ordered the fries topped with mac and cheese and chicken, along with lemon pepper and buffalo wings. Everything came out quickly, fresh, and hot. The flavors were excellent, and you could tell care was put into the preparation. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a modern, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Between the great customer service, delicious food, and inviting environment, this was an easy 10/10 experience for us. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to others!
The food is somewhat delicious and juicy, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and fairly quiet, making it great for people who enjoy calm and peaceful environments.
This was my very time visiting main bird, and it will definitely be my last. Let me start with how unwelcoming the person who took my order was. He was rude even though I explained that this was my first visit. He made me feel as if I was a bother. That should have been my sign to leave, but I stayed anyway. So I get the food in a timely manner, but once I got home and opened it I was so disappointed. My husband got the fiery tacos and I got the wrap. The lettuce on my wrap tasted old and the chicken tender did too. The tacos were disgusting. I’m going to add a picture of the tacos they advertised and the tacos we got. You be the judge. I do not suggest you visit this restaurant.
Main Bird is one of the best places I've eaten. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and everything tasted like it was made with care. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the overall atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend Main Bird to anyone looking for a delicious meal, and I'll definitely be coming back!
The cashier Nisha was great we were visiting from New Orleans, the vibe was great inside the music was on point and the cashier recognized my son having autism she was patient with him when ordering and made suggestion around him being a texture person. 10/10 will be back!
