We loved our food, it tasted very authentic and had a good enough kick to it. We ordered too much of the chicken bites unaware that they would be much bigger than fast food bought chicken nuggets, but they are really good portion size for 2-3 ppl along with other sides/sandwiches. The Kathi roll was the best thing, it had the right amount of sauce, crunch, sweet and it also had some bang bang fries which were a good surprise. The bang bang fries were really good as well, it was sweet, slightly spicy and salty. The server also gave us complimentary sauces to try and we were impressed with the Pok Pok Po sauce, garlic mayo yogurt sauce and the orange one.

I got this delivered and this is some of the best tasting, most flavorful chicken I've ever had in my life! I'm not sure what type of seasoning they use but it's amazing and even the fries have so much flavor! I had it delivered a couple of days ago and I've been craving it since and will order again soon!

Great experience at Pok Pok Po! 🔥 The food was absolutely delicious. The kathi roll was packed with flavor and perfectly wrapped, the wings and chicken bites were crispy, juicy, and incredibly tasty 🍗. The Balle Balle fries were seasoned perfectly and made the meal even better 🍟. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The service was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was very clean, and the overall place felt well managed. A really fun spot with great food and a great vibe. Definitely a place I’ll come back to when craving delicious chicken and rolls! 😋👏

If you think you've had every kind of fried chicken in Houston, you haven't been to Pok Pok Po. This Indian-style fried chicken and its seasonings are absolutely remarkable-- the flavors are bold, aromatic, and unlike any other 'hot' or 'southern' chicken in the city. The sides paired well with the chicken. Loved the seasoning on the fries and the kimchi was out of this world. I love thay they have a gluten-free option, which is so rare to find these days. We absolutely loved everything we sanl our teeth into, from the Kathi Roll, Chicken Nuggets, Lemon Pepper Wings, Fries and Kimchi. The Mango Lassi was a real treat!! Finally, a chicken spot that has as much soul as it does spice. 10/10-will be back!

It was my first time trying this spot and I was genuinely impressed, the food was great overall. The smash burger, chicken strips, kathi roll, and mango lassi were all flavorful and well-executed. The only area for improvement would be the wait time, as my order took a bit longer than expected. That said, I’d still definitely come back!
