On 4/03/26 I hadn’t had Pollo Campero in a long time and was really looking forward to it today, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The chicken was tough, dry, and tasted old—not fresh at all. This isn’t the first time this has happened, which is why I felt the need to leave a review. Consistency and food quality really need improvement. On top of that, the girl at the drive-thru, Wendy, was on her phone the entire time. It made me feel like her phone was more important than my business, which added to the negative experience. I hope they can work on both customer service and serving fresher, better-quality food in the future.

When I arrived at the restaurant, the employees informed me that the fryer was broken and that they could not make more chicken. As a customer who traveled from far away specifically to buy food there, this situation was very disappointing and inconvenient. Because of this issue, I was unable to purchase anything. I understand that equipment problems can happen but they need to have alternatives to avoid this situation. I hope you can address this matter and improve the customer experience in the future.

I had a large order for our church event. This staff went above and beyond to have our order to feed 50 ppl ready, delicious and beautifully prepared! From ordering with an agent to the gentleman that helped me pack my order in my vehicle, Pollo Campero, outstanding job! Kudos to all the team and huge thank you for coming through!

Came to the restaurant and pathetic, pathetic service and pathetic Food. The chicken that we ordered first they didn’t get our order right and second it was stone cold. They just served us old stuff that was sitting around and it was hard and the fries were cold and when we walked in, they were all like congregated and talking and when the time came for us to go find a spot to sit in all the tables were dirty. This location is a joke. We also shared our feedback with the Manager, but he had nothing to say nothing to respond to and didn’t even engage. I doubt he was the manager.

Stopped in on a Tuesday, food was delicious! Comfortable furniture, a mix of booths, tall tables shirt tables. We were with a group so it helped that we could move tables together. Some sat at tables and some in booths. Food came out fast even though we came in a group. Friendly and fast service. I really liked the drinks too! Agua frescas!
