Visited Fortune Eight during their grand opening week. It's a fast casual Chinese spot where you order on a tablet and the food is made to order. The dishes have good flavor, not too oily or salty, and include a variety of vegetables. I especially appreciated the design of the space! Overall, it's a great spot for a quick lunch or a to go meal.

For someone that doesn’t care for Chinese food it was great. This didn’t hurt my stomach or make me bloated like all the other Chinese food places do to me. I almost want to say it’s a healthy Chinese spot. I believe their food has great quality and it’s definitely on my radar.

Found out about this place recently . I had the general tso and orange chicken bowl . It was delicious ! And I loved the option between white rice , fried rice , and chow mein as the base 😋

Had a fantastic first experience at Fortune 8! The restaurant is modern, comfortable, and very welcoming. The food arrived quickly and everything was fresh and flavorful. The spring rolls were perfectly crispy, and the beef with broccoli was outstanding. The beef was incredibly tender. We also tried the General Tso’s chicken and Orange Chicken, both of which were crispy and coated in delicious sauces. The shrimp with peas was another standout dish, and you could really taste the freshness of the vegetables. What I appreciated most was that the food was neither greasy nor overly salty, which can be hard to find. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Highly recommend Fortune 8 and will definitely be back!
