I have a very specific Health situation and have been given her permission by my treatment team to get PEMF. Dr West was thorough in his assessment, exam And educated me on PEMF. He is a skilled credentialed professional that has a five star bedside manner and treats his patients with respect. He listens carefully. Advises. I have gone for three sessions and I never could’ve dreamed that I could’ve gotten such positive results In just three sessions. I signed up for 12. I am looking forward to continuing my work with Dr West. The staff is courteous, well trained and professional. Between my two treatment teams, Dr West and MD Anderson, I have full confidence we are going to get through this with flying colors!

Dr. Yamilette Castillo is AMAZING! She takes the time to truly listen to you and carefully reviews your X-ray results with you before creating a realistic treatment plan. She also offers discounts and flexible payment options. As a professional, she is exceptional, compassionate, attentive, and detail-oriented. I have had only two sessions with her, and she has already helped me with a shoulder pain that I had been suffering from for seven months. I had previously tried physical therapy and steroid injections, but after just two sessions, my pain level has gone from a 7–8 down to a 3–4. Her professionalism is impeccable. The front desk staff are also very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I do apologize that I don’t remember their name. Both of them deserve a shout 🤗 I highly recommend her!

This is a story about how a Tiny Puerto Rican Chiropractor won my chiropractic heart! I was having back issues after several old neck surgeries and a car accident last year. My spouse recommended that I go to Core Chiropractic on Richmond and give her person a try. I walk in on a Monday and it so happened Dr. West (her person) was not in the office and they put me in a room with a tiny little Dr. named Dr. Castillo... X-rays first and our personalities hit it off like Fuego! She was my kind of person buuuut I did have a question about her size and if she could handle this level of amazing! She was up for the challenge, she cracked my back, almost twisted off my neck (in a good way) and even helped with my shoulder from playing the manliest of manly sport of Pickleball! lol (Cue the sad music) - When the appointment was over, she said next week, you will see Dr. West because your spouse referred you to him. I definitely felt the disappointment. I went home and told my spouse that I was thinking about staying with the Fiery Little Latina and she told me that was ok. After my spouse's next appointment with Dr. West, she came home and said I think the feeling was mutual. I have been going for a few months have never been as happy with a Chiropractor as I am. In a time when I feel like just another patient in a long line of impersonal providers, Dr. Castillo has started my journey in believing there are doctors out there that will take the time to know you and think of you as more than just a number and a paycheck. I had never consistently seen a chiropractor before, but after dealing with ongoing back and side pain, I decided to give CORE a try. From day one, Dr. West and his staff have been attentive, kind, and effective. Dr. West took the time to sit down with me, explain what was causing my issues, and create a plan focused on actually fixing the problem—not just putting a bandage on it. It’s also nice to walk into the office each week and feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend CORE to anyone looking for a chiropractor who genuinely cares about their patients and their long-term health.

The CORE Chiropractic team is hands down the best! They truly take the time to educate you on what improvements need to be made by looking at your health from the inside out. Through that approach, they uncovered existing issues that were simple fixes — leading to an overall better quality of life, not just now but long-term. Dr. Castillo has been the driving force behind that success! Huge shoutout to the Greenway Plaza crew for such an incredible experience!
