Felicia and Stephanie were extraordinary during my treatment period. They were friendly, attentive and informative. They never hesitated to help with my questions or scheduling needs. Dr. Haywood is very personable, understanding and knowledgeable. It was my first time ever seeing a Chiropractor but he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Hoover and team really made me feel like family and not another patient case to be treated! Worked well with my scheduling , even when dealing with work, traffic, or personal circumstances that prevented me from making appointments in a timely manner! They were quick with getting me a slot and date for any missed appointments, so that I could be treated with the best care effectively! Treatment wise, I checked in for a car accident that left me in severe pain in my neck and back! Preventing me from working out and going to work, missing shifts ,thus, hendering my responsibilities and daily activities! Within just a couple sessions of neck & back adjustments, along with stretching exercises in the office, I was able to get back to my normal self and feel amazing!! Highly recommend, especially if you work in healthcare or jobs that require manual labor with long hours!! Thank you Dr. Hoover & Team!! 🏃‍♂️🩻❤️

I can honestly say that after just one month of treatment, my progress has been amazing. When I first came in, I was experiencing severe pain in my lower back and shoulders that was affecting my daily life. After several treatments, my pain level has gone down significantly, and I feel so much better overall.
