Dr. Marquetta Giles is SUPERB!!! Everything about her practice is top tier and definitely unmatched. From the moment I walk into the door to check in till the moment I left, the customer service I received was consistent from all staff. Dr. Giles and her staff made me feel safe and confident with the information and services they provided. Dr. Giles is very passionate, and knowledgeable about her CRAFT!!! Immediately after my first visit I experienced rapid improvement/results, but most importantly comfortableness.
Dr. Giles and her team are AMAZING! I'm a veteran and was able to get referred to her practice which was an absolute blessing. She performs adjustments like no other and their space is full of amazing energy! The music is always perfect for the entire office. I encourage everyone to give her a try she really provides the initial steps to long term pain relief and allowing your body to heal itself.
Dr. Marquetta Giles really made my last few weeks of pregnancy pain-free. I wish I had visited her sooner! Just because I was pregnant didn't mean I had to be in pain. All of the clinic staff are also wonderful. UPDATE: I continued seeing Dr. Giles starting at 6 weeks postpartum for back pain while I also do pelvic floor physical therapy with Orgin. She has been a godsend, and I can't recommend her enough. It's also wonderful that she takes private insurance, my co-pays are $40 per visit, and her staff are diligent in verifying insurance and co-pays before visits. My husband and baby have also seen her. She helped my baby to crawl with both legs.
Dr. Giles and her entire staff made this an excellent experience! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and they make the atmosphere so relaxing. Everyone I interacted with took their time with me and listened to my problems and made me feel heard. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Arrived and was greeted by the receptionist who apologized for not stating the slogan, because she was on a call. Facility nice and clean and had a good vibe. The chiropractor listened and catered to my ailments where possible and made me feel comfortable.
