I went to The Joint at Willowbrook and the experience was awesome. Nataysia was informative and very helpful. Dr. Diaz wasted no time getting an idea of what my troubles were and put things back in place. I felt a whole lot better when I left. Thank you guy's so much and I'm looking forward to my follow up.

I just had my 1st visit with Dr. Diaz today. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful. From the moment I walked in, Breanna was extremely pleasant, friendly and thoroughly explained everything. Dr. Diaz took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the treatment process with me. The adjustment helped immediately with my current neck pain and I felt overall improvement. The entire appointment was easy and they made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care.

I’ve had a really solid experience at the Willowbrook location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Demond sends follow-up emails with stretches and simple things to help manage between visits, which I’ve actually found useful. Tasia at the front desk is so sweet. She’s helpful, keeps things moving, and always lets me know if there are any deals or promotions.

First time here and I was Greeted at the door. Very great vibe as soon as I walked in by Taysia, Demond The chiropractor was awesome. Very informative. Very Happy with my visit today.

I came here to get a treatment and they're closed. It says they close at 2pm, I got here around 1 p.m. and the door is shut and the lights are out. There's no signage or anything on the door saying that they would be closed early. The only thing that's on the door is a notification telling the public that they will be closed early on Memorial Day. This is very unprofessional. If there was a situation where they needed to close early, that would have been completely fine given that I arrived an hour before closing. At the same time, that needs to be posted somewhere so that we don't waste our time coming to this establishment. I even tried to call before I arrived but no one answered. I thought they were with someone, but apparently they're just not here.
